Thread smiled gently but beneath that warm facade, I saw a glimpse of predatory smirk. 

Survival of the fittest. 

Beneath those graceful movements and gentle smiles, there laid a tinge of something dreadful.

A pair of sharp fangs could be seen as he smiled ever so gently at me before he continued.

Thread once again bowed gracefully before he went out first into the mating room.
