Chapter 56 : Hydra

I was looking at the eggs in the Fountain of Life when Chaos mentioned it to me.
((Which reminds me.. My female, have you met a hydra?))
Chaos raised his slender neck, he was laying in his dragon form, tails curled protectively around the fountain.
“Hydra? No, I’ve never met them before.”

And so thanks to Chaos’ advice, I went to Lelune Swamp to meet this hydra.

It was so dark here in Lelune Swamp even though I arrived at day time.
The air in this swampland felt so heavy and the water was so murky, I couldn’t see the bottom of it.

From within the dark swamp, a huge snake with 9 heads appeared.

One of the nine heads came closer to me.

The voice of the hydra resounded in my mind.

I could hear the hydra laughing sinisterly inside my head, it honestly was a little unsettling but somehow I could feel the hydra was happy about it.
The hydra slithered to me, upon closer inspection the hydra must be at least 4 meters tall.
Since the hydra didn’t have any limbs, he used his heads to squirm into my clothes.
All of the nine heads could move independently and each was as big as an adult’s arm.
“Ngh…”
The hydra entangled his head around both of my arms, holding me up midair.
He practically prevented me from running away from him.
One of the heads that was squirming inside my clothes, found my nipple and gnawed on it playfully while another head licked my other nipple.

I think the author has a serious misconception about how reptiles mate. Yet, they have two hemipenes. This is so that regardless of which side of the female the male is on, he can still copulate with her. Only one is ever inserted into the female during mating. NEVER are both inserted, because it is physically impossible, because the hemipenes point in two different directions. Lift your arms up above your head and make a V shape as wide as your shoulders. Then try to get both your hands into a small hole, without moving them any closer together. But you didn’t have any luck.

This is when we are glad that Mao has regeneration, otherwise…ouch. Also, was I the only one who was imagining this ginormous hydra, and then read that the hydra literally stuck his head inside and wondered if something was wrong with my mental size ratios? I think i would have preferred the hydra having an echidna penis rather than this mind boggling mess of disproportionate head sizes and head fuckery…
cool to see they somewhat chose the original concept of the hydra over some of the more popular of modern depictions.
